We pride ourselves on the quality of the work we provide to our clients. We understand that our product is intellectual in nature and in order to grow and maintain the client relationship, we need to be ever-vigilant of the needs of our clients and how those needs change. Therefore, we have a continuous improvement process that requires feedback from the marketplace.

The 3GA continuous improvement philosophy has created a culture that supports new ideas and processes, provides the most value to our customer, and fully supports a safe and clean work environment for our people.

3GA also prides itself on being good corporate citizens and returning a portion of our gained wealth and privilege as a Canadian company to the underprivileged and less fortunate in the world. Supporting this, we have a give back program within 3GA.

We combine these unaffiliated values to create a third benevolence (out of polarities comes creation, see the derivation of 3GA), which is essential to the success of any improvement process and satisfies the corporate objectives. We refer to this as our “Feedback Give Back” program. It works like this…

Every time we issue an invoice, we request the client feedback on the value gained in the services delivered and when we get that feedback, then we give back to:

Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières)

We make a donation in the name of our client (if they consent).

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
